Formerly known as Coppola’s West since 1986, our restaurant has been a beloved staple in the community for nearly four decades. Today, we welcome you to Ciao Paisan, a fresh take on the classic Southern Italian experience you’ve always loved. While our name and atmosphere have evolved, the heart of our kitchen remains the same: cherished family recipes passed down through generations, rooted in the rich traditions of Southern Italy.
